Sealed before you shoot
Every round publishes a hash of its seed before the first shot. Prize positions and contents are locked at that moment — the server cannot move them.

Opened after you finish
The seed is revealed on settle. Anyone can re-derive the layout and check it against the hash that was published first.

Checkable by strangers
The verifier runs in your browser and its source is public. If we ever cheated, it would be provable by someone who does not work here. That is the point.
